How It Works:

Place a bet on any Australian horse race.
If you select Tote Win, we will compare the last available bet365 price and the final declared Win dividends over the three national Totes – and pay you out at whichever is greatest. For example, if NSW TAB pays $10.00 on your selection, SuperTAB pays $9.00, UTAB pays $7.50 and our last available price pays $9.50, you will get paid at $10.00.
If you select Tote Place, you will be paid the middle of the three national Totes plus 5% of your winnings.
On all Single Race and Multi-Leg Exotics you will be paid the middle of the three national Totes plus 5% of your winnings.

365 Tote will be offered on all Australian Horse Racing. For 365 Tote races the following national Tote/TAB prices will be used: NSW TAB, SuperTAB, UTAB.
For Tote Win bets, we will pay out at the best price from either the last available bet365 price or the best final declared Win dividend from the three Australian TABs (where available).
In the event of a late scratching deductions may apply to the last bet365 Fixed win price if no new market was framed.
For Tote Place bets, you will be paid the Middle Tote plus 5% of your winnings.

365 Tote will be offered on all Australian Horse Racing. For 365 Tote races the following national Tote/TAB prices will be used: NSW TAB, SuperTAB, UTAB.

For Tote Place bets, you will be paid the Middle Tote plus 5% of your winnings.
Single Race Exotics include the following bet types: Trifectas, Quinellas, Exactas and First 4.
Multi-Leg Exotics include the following bet types: Daily Doubles, Trebles and Quadrellas.
For Exotic Betting, if all three TABs offer an Exotic bet but only two TABs declare a dividend, 365 Tote will pay the highest declared dividend plus 5% of your winnings. If only one TAB declares a dividend, 365 Tote will pay that dividend plus 5% of your winnings.
For Exotic Betting, if only two of the three TABs offer an Exotic bet and they both declare a dividend, 365 Tote will pay the lowest declared dividend plus 5% of your winnings. If only one of the two TABs offering an Exotic bet declares a dividend, 365 Tote will pay that dividend plus 5% of your winnings.
For Exotic Betting, if only one of the three TABs offers an Exotic bet, 365 Tote will pay that dividend plus 5% of your winnings.

In the event of a late scratching deductions may apply to the last bet365 Fixed win price if no new market was framed.
If any of the Tote/TAB companies listed release a dividend that bet365 deem to be an obvious error then that dividend will not be included for the purpose of this settlement feature.

bet365 may reclaim any Free Bets, Bet Credits, refund amount or enhanced payments that have been awarded in error.
bet365 may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typographical errors or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this promotion for legal or regulatory reasons.
Employees, officers and directors of bet365, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
