Place a bet on any selected 365 Top Tote + race (listed in the below table).
For all Tote Win, Tote Place or Single Race (Trifectas, Quinellas, Exactas & First 4) and Multi-Leg (Daily Doubles, Trebles & Quaddies) Exotics, we will compare the final declared Win or Place dividends over the three national Totes – and pay you out at whichever is greatest.
Additionally, if the last available bet365 price on your Tote Win bet is greater than the best of the three national Totes, we will pay you out at the bigger price. For example, if NSW TAB pays $9.50 on your selection, SuperTAB pays $9.00, UTAB pays $7.50 and our last available price pays $10.00, you will get paid at $10.00.

365 Top Tote + will be offered on selected Australian Horse Racing (listed in the above table). For 365 Top Tote + races the following national Tote/TAB prices will be used: NSW TAB, SuperTAB, UTAB.
For Tote Win bets, we will pay out at the best price from either the last available bet365 price or the best final declared Win dividend from the three Australian TABs (where available).
In the event of a late scratching deductions may apply to the last bet365 Fixed win price if no new market was framed.
For Tote Place bets, we will pay out the best final declared Place dividend from the three Australian TABs (where available).
365 Top Tote + will be offered on selected Australian Horse Racing (see above table for applicable races). For 365 Top Tote + races the following national Tote/TAB prices will be used: NSW TAB, SuperTAB, UTAB.
For Tote Win bets, we will pay out at the best price from either the last available bet365 price or the best final declared Win dividend from the three Australian TABs (where available). For example, if NSW TAB pays $10.00 on your selection, SuperTAB pays $9.00, UTAB pays $7.50 and the last available bet365 price pays $9.50, you will get paid at $10.00.
For Tote Place bets, we will pay out the best final declared Place dividend from the three Australian TABs (where available).
Single Race Exotics include the following bet types: Trifectas, Quinellas, Exactas and First 4.
Multi-Leg Exotics include the following bet types: Daily Doubles, Trebles and Quadrellas.
For Exotic Betting, we will pay out the best final declared dividend from the three Australian TABs (where available).
For Exotic Betting, if only two of the three TABs offer an Exotic bet and they both declare a dividend, 365 Top Tote + will pay the highest declared dividend. If only one of the two TABs offering an Exotic bet declares a dividend, 365 Top Tote + will pay that dividend.
For Exotic Betting, if only one of the three TABs offers an Exotic bet, 365 Top Tote + will pay that dividend.
In the event of a late scratching deductions may apply to the last bet365 Fixed win price if no new market was framed.
If any of the Tote/TAB companies listed release a dividend that bet365 deem to be an obvious error then that dividend will not be included for the purpose of this settlement feature.

bet365 may reclaim any Free Bets, Bet Credits, refund amount or enhanced payments that have been awarded in error.
bet365 may, at any time, make minor amendments to this promotion to correct typographical errors or to improve on clarity or customer experience and may cancel this promotion for legal or regulatory reasons.
Employees, officers and directors of bet365, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
